Health & Insurance----You have heard the HMO, you see the ad, can the term, the term HMO or health insurance have read. Of course, the question arises whether it is an HMO? To reduce your curiosity, here I try to HMO's post.

HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) is an insurance option managed care, focusing on reducing health care costs for members. There are three main types of HMO staff model, group model and network model.
 

Staff-model, HMO doctors and pays wages directly to their employees. HMO doctors under contract in the building and serve HMO members only.
 

Model group, are not direct employees of the HMO, the doctors, but the HMO contracts with physician group and distributes payments to doctors.
 

Network model, the most commonly used option, the HMO contracts with a combination of different groups of doctors and people.
