But sometimes they do not diet as they wish, even the funny thing is most of those who do diet actually gain weight. Is there anything wrong when they do the diet?

Why You Need to Eat? Eating is the ingestion of food to provide for all humans and animals nutritional needs, particularly for energy and growth.But for some women and girls, feeding activity depending on the wishes and their mood at that time. Can only eat when they're happy, sad, alone or stress.
Surely there's a big difference between physical hunger and emotional hunger that they experience. This is the cause of unsuccessful diets can even cause obesity.
Food and Body Image
For many girls, poor body image makes it impossible to enjoy the food, or life in general. Girls begin to think they need to lose weight at an early age. Surveys show that about 42% of girls in grade 1-3 want to be thinner. By the time they reach their teens, more than half of women resort to extreme weight control measures to try to lose weight.
This holds girls back, putting their bodies and futures in peril. The girls said they were not pretty or thin enough to set ambitious goals. "Girls get the message that what they look like is more important than what they can do," they said.
This is certainly wrong because it can cause for those diseases such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, ulcers, typhoid, immune system and cognitive function decline, body dysmorphic disorder, binge eating discover and compulsive overeating and suffered anxiety and depression.
It is therefore not appropriate if excessive dieting (not eating) will create the ideal body. Ideal body can be obtained with a healthy lifestyle, maintain health and fitness, exercise, regular meals and rest.
