Health & Insurance----Humans are social creatures that interact with other humans. This interaction will build a good emotional bond and sense of togetherness. 

Not all humans can directly interact with both, sometimes there are also some who feel nervous in social situations. This condition is normal, but sometimes some are experiencing a kind of fear when doing these social relations. This is called SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDERIn social anxiety disorder (social phobia), social interaction daily can cause extreme fear. 

Social anxiety disorder is a chronic mental health condition that causes irrational anxiety or fear of being in crowded public places. Usually also have a fear that would embarrass or humiliate yourself if you are in a public place. 

Discomfort may occur when he was working on something in a public place in people with social anxiety disorder. If life is disrupted by the kind of fear, may suffer from social anxiety disorder. 

Cause 

Like many other mental health conditions, social anxiety disorder may arise from a complex interaction of environment and genes. Researchers continue to study the possible causes, including: 

1. Genes A number of researchers looking for specific genes that play a role in anxiety and fear. Social anxiety disorder seems to run in families. But the evidence suggests that hereditary component to this condition due to anxious behavior copied from other family members. 

2. Biochemistry Researchers are exploring the idea that natural chemicals in the body may play a role in social anxiety disorder. For example, an imbalance in the brain chemical serotonin may be a factor. Serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps regulate mood and emotion. People with social anxiety disorder can be very sensitive to the effects of serotonin. 

3. Fear response Several studies have shown that the structure of the brain called the amygdala may play a role in controlling the fear response. People who have an overactive amygdala may have a high fear response, causing increased anxiety in social situations. 

Social anxiety disorder can also be affected by: 

1. Low confidence 
2. Unable to be assertive 
3. Assess yourself with negative 
4. Hypersensitive to criticism 
5. Lack of ability to communicate with many people 

Symptom 

Emotional and behavioral signs and symptoms that indicate social anxiety disorder, among others: 

1. Feel intense fear in a crowded public place, where you do not know a single person. 
2. Fear of situations where you are being watched or judged 
3. Fearing that she will humiliate themselves 
4. Fear that others will see that you look worried 
5. Anxiety that interferes with daily routines, work, school or other activities 
6. Avoiding doing things or speaking to many people 
7. Avoid a situation where probably will be the center of attention 

Physical signs and symptoms that indicate social anxiety disorder, among others:

1. Embarrassed 
2. Excessive Sweating 
3. Tremble 
4. Nausea 
5. Stomach churned 
6. Difficulty speaking 
7. Voice quivering 
8. Muscle tension 
9. Looks of confusion 
10. Diarrhea 
11. Hands cold and damp 
12. Difficulty making eye contact with the speaker
